The WIOC is a chiropractic training centre which is fully integrated within the University of South Wales. The outpatient clinic was purpose built in 2000 to allow the fourth year student clinicians on the Master of Chiropractic degree to undertake their clinical training.
They provide care under the supervision of fully qualified chiropractors who are registered by the General Chiropractic Council, ensuring that the training they receive, and the treatment they provide, meets the high standards demanded by government legislation.
The WIOC Outpatient Clinic offers a wide range of healthcare services to the community including chiropractic care, rehabilitation, and diagnostic imaging.
In WIOC has held the Royal College of Chiropractors PPQM Patient Partnership Quality Mark since 2013, and has recently been re-awarded for the 2016 – 2018 period.
